Skype running on N800 OS2008!
Updated Dec 01 2007: good news, seems like Skype installation is now working straight from Application Installer. :)
Just got Skype running on my N800, after flashing latest OS2008 (it was supposed to work on N810 only).
I tried installing it from Application Manager but it failed (”Download failed” message).

ITOS2008 officially released for N800
At last! ITOS2008 landed on N800!
Actual release is a beta specifically aimed to developers. Announcement here. This release basically answers all my questions in previous posts.
So, perhaps, I’m not going to get an N810 in the next few weeks but, at least, now it will be possible to start working on a “stable” OS2008 device, [...]

Aggiornamento firmware Nokia E90! (Finalmente)
Aggiornamento del 15/7/2008: Il 20 maggio 2008, Nokia ha rilasciato una nuova versione aggiornata del firmware, v210.34.75. Per effettuare l’aggiornamento e` sufficente scaricare dal sito Nokia il software Nokia Software Updater e seguire la procedura guidata. In questo post alcune informazioni sulle novita`/correzioni.

N810 firmware update
Quick post: a new firmware (OS 2008 version 1.2007.42-19) upgrade has been released today, it should address some stability problems.
Could it be a prelude to N810 long awaited release? We will see.
About N810 release date and Nokia strategy

Zerojay’s just found that N810’s release date was pushed back to Dec 19th, at least on NokiaUSA. Not a good news for me, and the other 499 dev/users who received the discount code.
